As the weather turns colder and nature goes for a snooze, I always start dreaming about springtime. I can’t wait to see the first flush of dandelions bursting through around March, and with them the promise of brighter days. Dandelions have a remarkably long flowering season, from early spring to late autumn, with a peak in Ireland around April or May.
